Best car experience of my life! I’ve owned many cars, and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying one.First, the customer service was top tier. Ned and Chelsea was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I was in and out of the office with my paperwork in about 15 minutes — something I’ve never experienced before when buying a car.There was no hustle or pressure at all. The price was the price, and it wasn’t overpriced. I also appreciated that there were no unnecessary extra fees added on.I also spoke with Brittany, who answered all of my questions. I called several times, and she answered every call and took the time to help me each time.If you’re looking to buy a car, this is definitely the place to go. You won’t regret it!

CJ was incredibly helpful for the shipping process. The rest of the team that helps with the paperwork portion are very nice and listened to all of my silly inquiries. I went to 5 dealerships before ending up with CU Auto Branch.

After a bad experience at one of the local dealers in Fort Myers, we decided to call CU Auto Branch. Brittany was extremely helpful from the moment she answered the phone. They didn’t have the exact car we were looking for at first, but she made sure to send me photos as new cars were arriving.Once we found the right one, Brittany handled everything electronically with us, which made the entire process very easy and convenient. Three days later, Austin delivered the car and took the time to go over all the paperwork and the new vehicle features with us.Thank you to CU Auto Branch for making this such a smooth and easy experience!
